Three landing pages and a website dedicated to a residential complex in the very center of Novosibirsk.

Goal
Create a comprehensive tool for the sale of apartments.
The developer contacted us to develop a website for a residential complex.

One small contradiction immediately became apparent. The customer’s marketers urgently needed a landing page to launch contextual advertising. At the same time, the site needed an individual design — and this is not at all as fast as, for example, a landing page on Tilda.

In order to comprehensively solve the problems and save the client’s money, we proposed the following work plan:
  • Make a design for landing pages and the main site.
  • Prepare renders.
  • Promptly launch landing pages on 1C-Bitrix.
  • Develop a multi-page website based on landing pages.
  • Integrate CRM into the developer’s business processes.

We agreed everything and got down to work.

While working on the design, we were doing renderings at the same time.

Later, the developer used these visualizations not only on the site, but also in advertising articles on news portals, in outdoor advertising, in booklets.

The renders turned out to be so high quality that one of the major news portals then used them in other articles: the materials of the Academy served as good illustrations on the topic of modern landscaping.

The landing pages were ready in a month.

We developed and filled in landing pages for specific target groups: each had its own texts, icons, photos and renders. The customer’s marketers were able to quickly launch ad campaigns.

The landing page template was then used to develop the main site.

This made it possible to implement a large project on an individual design and at the same time save the client’s money.

On the site, the user sees all the most important information about the apartment.

Prices and status of apartments are updated automatically from 1C. Depending on the decision of the marketers, the price can be hidden.

We offered to integrate 1C and CRM — Profitbase or Bitrix24.

As a result, the client first started using Profitbase, and later switched to Bitrix24.

Client administrates and fills the website with content by its own.
