Day One

Website, internal portal and corporate identity for a large charitable foundation.

Goal
Website launch in 2 days and further development of the project.
The First Day charitable foundation was established in the first days of self-isolation, at the end of March 2020.

The founder of the fund, Katerina Bosov, contacted us to develop a website and corporate identity for the new fund as soon as possible.

The first conversation with the customer took place on Saturday. The very next day, we developed two corporate identity concepts and agreed on one of the proposed options.

Literally on the same day, late in the evening, the design of the site was drawn, and on Monday the project was open to visitors.
Then we started adding new sections and expanding functionality.

We made design changes and implemented them quickly. We have configured three fully functional language versions: Russian, English and Chinese.

New tasks came from the customer around the clock.

In order to fulfill them promptly, we organized a duty system: we assembled a reserve team of a manager, a designer and a full-stack developer.

Made an adaptive version of Gazprombank’s acquiring.

We provided the source code to the bank’s IT specialists, who tested it in their own environment and then integrated it.

We have also added an English version of acquiring for the English and Chinese versions of the site.

In addition to the external website, a separate closed portal was created for the management and founders of the fund.

This portal contains detailed statistics on the movement of protective equipment from China: balances in warehouses (both Chinese and Russian), distribution by donors and hospitals. The portal was developed on the Laravel framework, set up integration with «My warehouse» and authorization through the customer’s corporate Google account.
