The foundation’s founder, Katerina Bosov, approached us with an urgent request: to develop a website and brand identity for the newly launched foundation as quickly as possible.

Our first conversation with the client took place on a Saturday. By the very next day, we had created two brand identity concepts and agreed on one of them.

We made design updates and implemented them quickly. We also set up three fully functional language versions: Russian, English, and Chinese.

We set up an on-call duty system to handle tasks promptly, assembling a backup team consisting of a project manager, a designer, and a full-stack developer.

The bank’s IT specialists received the source code, tested it in their environment, and then completed the integration.
We also added an English-language version of the acquiring system for both the English and Chinese versions of the website.

This portal displays detailed statistics on the movement of protective equipment from China: stock levels in both Chinese and Russian warehouses, as well as distribution across donors and hospitals. The portal was built on the Laravel framework, integrated with ’My Warehouse’ system, and features authentication via the client’s corporate Google account.
