Electronic City is one of the largest providers in the Novosibirsk region. Our cooperation began in 2018, when the client contacted us to update the website.
We started designing in March 2018. At the same time, we were working on two sites at once — b2b and b2c. In addition, we immediately started basic website optimization. After its completion in March 2019, we began promoting positions.

The difficulty for promotion was that the site, due to its specifics, did not have full texts, and the standard approach with large SEO texts was not suitable for this project.
Buttons with forms also provided additional occurrences.
“Frequently Asked Questions” blocks have been added to the site, to which new keys have also been added.
At the beginning of the promotion there were 76 queries in each search engine.
Throughout the work, the number of requests was constantly changing: the client stopped providing some services or some irrelevant pages were removed from the site.
Also, some requests became informational for issuance, and we refused them.
We periodically analyze semantics and add new queries to the semantic core.
Taking into account the freezing of some queries and changes in the semantic core, for 2023 the number of queries is 246 in each search engine.
Due to the increase in the semantic core and the share of queries in the TOP 10, we received an increase in traffic.
In 2023, some of the site's queries propelled it to position zero in Google.
In 2021, based on the results of an analysis of semantics and competitors from the TOP 10, products from the “Equipment” page were redistributed into new subsections.
We constantly monitor updates in search engines, introduce new features, and improve the site and its performance.
We carry out similar work on the website for corporate clients.

There are initially fewer requests for B2B topics than for B2C.
The reasons for changing the semantic core, in addition to constant analysis, are the same as on the site for individuals:
- Adding new services and optimizing pages for them.
- Freezing or deleting some pages.
- Information requests for issuance.
Now the semantic core has grown to 122 queries in each search engine.
We increased traffic by creating new pages and promoting semantics on them in the TOP 10.
The second site also ranked zero in Google in 2023.
Texts were rewritten for 59 products, and unique texts were written for some products.
The Equipment section of this site has also been redesigned. We have added subsections for products.
Thanks to the introduction of Shema.org micro markup, the photo, price and availability of the product began to be displayed in the search results snippet.
The main tasks of our SMM department in this project are maintaining the client’s group on VKontakte and preparing content for other channels (Telegram, email newsletters, landing pages). The client wanted to publish creative content. We worked in co-creation format:
- The client provides topics for publications.
- We select the post format to tell a complex topic in simple language.
- We write the text.
- We provide technical specifications for creative work to the client’s design staff.
- We collect and publish the final post.
The situation for us was non-standard: there was no time to formulate a strategy, and, as an experiment, we developed a communication style in real time.
One of the publications on VK received more than 64,000 viral coverage.
There were interesting related tasks: for example, we looked for voices and came up with congratulations on behalf of the characters for the New Year's interactive menu (IVR).
We used the Midjourney neural network in the project - we received pictures that fit into the visual concept of the brand and added variety to the feed.
We wanted to combine the creativity and boldness of the client’s ideas with basic content tasks. The path was not easy, but we were helped by the involvement of the client and his loyalty to the merger of teams: we promptly received answers to all questions from Electronic City employees.
