Red Rabbit is a large Novosibirsk chain of pet stores. It has more than 50 sales offices in the city

The owners of the company decided to connect several digital promotion channels at once. We have started developing a mobile application and launched contextual advertising in Yandex.Direct to an existing online store.

The result of working on advertising campaigns is an increase in the number of orders.

We have tested several advertising formats.
  • Created product advertising campaigns and added smart banners.
  • Launched retargeting based on the current customer base and incorporated promotions into the retargeting.
  • Launched media-contextual banner ads for cat and dog food.
  • Created ads for the Yandex Advertising Network based on interests.
  • Connected the "Campaign Master", a tool for automating advertising setup in Yandex.

Our team ensured rapid growth in CTR.

We started working in December 2023 and achieved a stable increase in clicks.

The most effective formats were chosen for the advertising.

Product campaigns, branded queries and smart banners showed the best results, and we continued to work with them.

The number of orders placed after clicking on branded queries has increased sharply.

Later, we started experimenting with the Yandex.Direct tool called ’Unified Performance Campaign’.

The results were excellent. Over time, we abandoned smart banners and product campaigns in favor of ’Unified Performance Campaign’ and branded queries. We closely communicated with the Yandex manager and constantly refined the strategy to squeeze the most out of brand awareness.

Of course, the main business indicator is revenue.

We uploaded offline purchase data to Yandex.Metrica, an analog of Google Analytics, to see the full picture of sales.

Advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct had an additional effect: offline sales of stores for promoted product groups increased.
