Goal

Make a simple and user-friendly website for a residential area.

The Tayginskiy Park microdistrict is a new facility of the Novosibirsk developer KPD-Gazstroy.

This is our second project for KPD-Gazstroy: the first was the customer’s corporate website. This time we decided to move away from the strict style: we made the design cozy and warm, just like the atmosphere of Tayginskiy Park itself.

We prepared an interactive 3D map of the microdistrict and its surroundings.

We made sure that it was convenient for the user to choose an apartment.

All the necessary filters are in place: number of rooms, cost, area, floor, type of bathroom, finishing option. You can also choose housing according to features such as a wardrobe or a terrace. The catalog and filter system are created taking into account the requirements of SEO-optimization.

We set up the import of the initial database of apartments and layouts and integration with 1C: the site always displays only apartments available for purchase with current prices. We connected the site with Bitrix 24: leads from all feedback forms are uploaded to CRM, which allows you to automate the work of managers.

We continue to cooperate with the customer.

Websites were launched for two more KPD-Gazstroy facilities: Chistaya Sloboda и Okoliza. We also set up telephony and work on the implementation of Bitrix24.
