New website and comprehensive web marketing for one of the leaders of Novosibirsk real estate market.

Goal
To create a convenient database of developer’s apartments and increase the number of leads.
Client has contacted the agency with a simple task — to introduce the apartment picker on the available website.

However, the audit found usability errors and outdated design — website was less informative and convenient than it could have been. Therefore, together with the client, we decided to do overall redesign.

New website looks great and is more functional. We have developed a user-friendly apartments picker, by combining standard options in a single card.

There is also a second way to select apartments — using map of residential complex and section plan on the object page.

We appreciate comfort and convenience of the users, so we excluded all needless elements from the website: flashing buttons, pop-ups with online consultants, etc. First of all, we help users to easily choose a suitable apartment, and we place lead generation forms only where they are really relevant.

Apparent simplicity covers a complex integration with the 1C database, without standard apartments grouping.

We have also developed Bitrix24 corporate portal module with apartment layout and booking function for sales managers, as well as integration of 1C of two cities: Novosibirsk and Barnaul.

We set up PPC, implemented end-to-end Roistat analytics, and installed CRM with call tracking.

Before contacting the agency, the client performed web marketing on its own, but experienced a lack of traffic and leads. PPC did not produce results, targeted advertising was not used at all.

Step-by-step launch of the website provided high efficiency:
  • New website was placed on a subdomain, and the old one got function to direct on it.
  • We collected feedbacks, studied users behavior, following the result of which we improved usability.
  • New website was transferred to the main domain.

The old one was optimized for search engines, and it was important not just to keep these developments, but also to improve them with the new structure. To do this, we performed internal seo and carefully set up the redirects from old URLs to the new ones.
