Goal
Make a website and integrate it with the Medialog system.
Toast builds relationships with the whole family: information about patients and their children is stored in a single format.

For the convenience of doctors and clients, the centers use the Medialog medical information system and a mobile application.

We faced a difficult task: not only to develop a modern clinic website, but also to think over all the necessary integrations in advance.

From MIS «Medialog» the schedule of all specialists is uploaded to the site.

On the «Make an appointment» page, you can choose the specialty of the doctor, the specialist himself and the desired service. The system will suggest suitable medical centers as well as available appointment times.

The doctor does not have free time for the desired date? It is possible to sign up for a pre-recording journal. If the specialist becomes available, the managers will contact the patient and invite him to an appointment.

In the personal account — all the data necessary for the patient: the history of appointments, tests and studies.

Information about the status of the bonus and personal accounts is stored here. Favorite doctors can be added to the «Favorite Specialists» tab.

Patients can link their children’s accounts to their personal account in order to always have quick access to them.

An additional option is to fill out the Anamnesis PRO questionnaire.

This system helps doctors learn more about patients and prevent diseases in time.

On the pages of services — all the necessary information: description, price list, specialists, reviews.

The cost of services comes from the MIS and is always up to date.

The peculiarity of the work was that «Toast» has a mobile application that runs on an API written for the old site.

The data structure on the old site is different from the new one. We repeated the API, making its structure exactly the same as on the old site, so that the customer does not have to redo the application.

There was no way to contact the previous developer, the documentation was very truncated — but our programmers coped and rewrote the API.

We did everything to make life easier for the client’s marketers:
  • Connected online payment from Alfa-Bank.
  • The site was developed taking into account all the requirements of internal optimization.
  • We set up goals for the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics analytics systems.
  • Moved the user base and saved their login details.
  • Added a version for the visually impaired.
  • We set up redirects so that the site moved with minimal loss of positions in search engines.
The next step is the development of a website for medical centers in Moscow and an English version.
